Acquired on behalf of one of our clients and added to the ever growing portfolio. This asset was previously a mixed use property which was vacant & redundant for some time.

Located in the west London suburb of Hounslow and in close proximity to the local high street the property needed a complete reconfiguration & refurbishment as it was extremely dated and the existing layout was not fit for purpose.

A full internal / external refurbishment & reconfiguration was carried out. Self-contained units created, En-suites added, new kitchens & communal facilities, full décor from top to bottom. In total we created 12 lettable units across ground, first & second floors. The property was finished to a high-end specification and we gave it back to the client as a turn key solution down to the furnishings.

The GDV was increased significantly and the client is now enjoying a healthy rental return under full management.
