Acquired on behalf of one of our clients and added to the ever growing portfolio. This property was previously a Care Home for the elderly and had not be in use for some time.

Located in the high end borough of Sutton and in close proximity to the high street with excellent transport links – the property needed a complete refurbishment & reconfiguration as it was extremely dated and under utilised. 

A full internal / external refurbishment & reconfiguration was carried out. Self-contained units created, En-suites added, new kitchens & communal facilities, full décor from top to bottom including landscaping. In total we created 35 lettable units that were finished to a high-end specification and we gave it back to the client as a turn key solution down to the furnishings. We worked with the local authority and relevant third parties to ensure the property was now fully compliant and fit for purpose as a large HMO.

The GDV was increased significantly and the client is now enjoying a healthy rental return under full management.
