Kingston Road, Teddington

This project was completed in March 2022 for a long-standing client and took just over 7 months to finish. Having been rented out to the local council for many years, the property was in a serious state of disrepair and way overdue an uplift.
A whole new roof superstructure with dormer windows was added after obtaining planning permission and tied in beautifully with the original aesthetics of the building/local area. We then reconfigured the entire building to create 16 bedsits. Everything was stripped back to brick internally and renovated to a very high standard throughout, whilst also upgrading thermally to achieve a C rating EPC.
Our client was extremely pleased with the end result and now considers the property to be the signature building within his portfolio. The value of the building has increased significantly and the rental income has literally gone through the roof!
