Already a key part of one of our clients’ portfolios this property is currently occupied by private tenants enjoying the idyllic location in close proximity to Richmond Park.

A full refurbishment was carried out on select units in late 2021, with en-suites added, new kitchens, new doors/woodwork and decorated top to bottom to create fresh modern living spaces.

In summer 2022 we were also instructed to carry out extensive works on the internal and external communal of the building. This involved a new roof canopy over the front door, fresh white paint job on the outside, landscaping to front/rear and then a full freshen up of all the walls/woodwork on the inside.

These improvements have significantly improved the rental return for our client and substantially reduced the maintenance required on a monthly basis. As a result of this we have now been instructed to carry out a full reconfiguration and refurbishment of the entire building once planning permission has been gained by our in-house specialists.
