Acquired on behalf of a new client, this property was occupied and managed as a HMO consisting of 10 rooms with shared facilities. Located in the affluent west London suburb of Ealing the property urgently needed to be maximised to fit its surroundings and market sentiment.

Full planning was obtained by Charter Property Development to redevelop the property into 5 luxury apartments and a full project management programme was put together. A side extension was added and a large 2 storey rear extension to give the extra space required in order to make the units super impressive. All the apartments were finished to a high-end specification and we gave it back to the client as a turn key solution down to the furniture and even the pots & pans!

The GDV was increased significantly and the client is now enjoying a healthy rental return after the units were all snapped up on the rental market within 1 week!
